Upon Eric Smith's request, I've placed .src rpm's on the gpsim web page:

In the process, I discovered a bad link that has probably affected the
installation of gpsim 0.20.1 . Specifically, the gtk+extra 99.9 rpm link was
pointing to the gtk+extra 99.0 rpm. Consequently, if you downloaded this rpm and
installed it, and then downloaded gpsim's rpm, you'd discover that gpsim
wouldn't install. It should be okay now.
