As I understand it, you can get it under the terms of the GPL (_not_ the
LGPL), in which case you must also licence your application under the GPL.
If that isn't acceptable, you can get it under the old commercial licence
terms for £bignum.
Alternately you could just use the GTK+ (which also has a Win32 port, but
is licenced under the LGPL).
