The original .COD file supported variable names of 12 or 13 characters. Later
support was added to support 32 byte names. To ensure backwards compatibility
the COD file has both entries in the code_directory

symtab ,  symend  is the short symbols
Lsymtab, Lsymend is the long symbol table

The message you are seeing is the long symbol table doesn't point to any information.
