Hello,

I just upgraded to Ubuntu 12.10, and to my surprise the "picp" package
is no more available. It also seems that the web page of Jeff Post is no
more available at http://home.pacbell.net/theposts/picmicro/.

I did found the picp-0.6.8.tar.gz on some sites, but no more the
official site. Is there such a site now, or is my Picstart+ too
deprecated. The Microchip site calls it "mature" :-).

Otherwise I will have to bite the bullet and open a page on Sourceforge
or another site...

The other possibilities are to use MPLAB for Linux or my pickit 2, but
in either cases it involves changes to rarely used projects (code,
Makefiles), which I rather not do.

Thanks,

Maxime Larocque
