Specifically, the gtk+extra 99.9 rpm link was pointing to the gtk+extra 99.0 rpm. Consequently, if you downloaded this rpm and installed it, and then downloaded gpsim's rpm, you'd discover that gpsim wouldn't install. It should be okay now.
