Working on it. 
Give me a week and I should have a verion that should be usable and
pretty stable. It  looks pretty good, and is among the fastest browsers
I have ever seen. But it need to be fast concidering the devices it is
meant to work on.
It supports all common formats of web-pages at this point, as well as
frames and forms.  I need to fix the fonts though.

A non-public beta will be finished 1st april. What opera decide to do
with the nano-x version after that - is unknown for me.  We will not
release source though, since that would destroy the company more or
less.
