Of the download page from the Yopy website:
"(ii) The Software is permitted to be used on any personal computer and/or
any Yopy platform products, provided that the Software is used only in
connection with your
             development of products for use with Yopy platform products. 
"

I take that to mean you can could only use their tools if your end target
is a Yopy.
