I have just realized, I did not mention how to use the keycode keyboard
driver. So here it is...

edit config, and set all keyboard drivers to N
add KEYCODEKBD = Y

ie:

# keyboard or null kbd driver
TTYKBD                   = N
PIPEKBD                  = N
NOKBD                    = N
KEYCODEKBD               = Y

then build nanox
