My main box is Celeron 600 and has a full functional X1, but whenever I start
such applications ( I mean those which come with microwindows) it just hangs up
and have to kill the process. In guess that is because the apps do not find
DISPLAY. I have not tried to execute them under X11, because that's not my
objective, which is to run microwindows-nano-X and their related applications.

On my 486 I used config.svga (also used the delivered config) which, I suppose,
is meant for standard svga cards. But here the problem is that I cannot even
compile.

Any idea ?

Thanks
Ibrahim
