You bet. I maintain a working, debugged version of nano-X (X-like api) and MicroWindows
(win32 api) at ftp://microwindows.censoft.com/pub/microwindows.
Nano-X and MicroWindows run on Linux 2.2 framebuffer, Linux x.x svgalib,
ELKS, MSDOS and bare hardware.
