It goes to both. You need to set PAL/NTSC  but it turns 640x480 SVGA into
TV output

It seems to detect the presence of a cable on my board. The same picture
goes to both

"mostly compatible" - the record doesnt work and playback has some quirks
I'm working on fixing when my new mediagx box appears (end of this week).
