Whoops!  I didn't check your diff line.  It appears the
newer code is the ---, not +++, so I finally figured it out.

Also - the reason that I thought this worked for so long
is that the 3d demo blit's with dstx=0 and dsty=0, which
produces the same results either way...

Which demo did you run to find this bug?
