Why would you need an ethernet port on a terminal emulator? Or do you  
mean you want a terminal server (in which case why would it need  
video?).

Old terminal emulators are frequently given away. Terminal servers  
are a bit more desirable, but I suspect you could probably get an 8  
porter for less than $100 on eBay.
