Is 'config.h' of real importance (in my case)? Reason to ask:
- I didn't define HAVE_CONFIG_H and therefore the 'include config.h' is
   skipped by most modules, except libiberty/vsnprintf.c
- But when I comment out the 'include config.h' in vsnprintf.c I don't
   get any compiler error or warning
So it seems to me superfluous.
