Hi,

the attached patch modifies device.h so, that several defines are not changed 
if they are already defined. This is required for the eCos port, where in 
another file (ecosmwconfig.h) the options from the ecos configtool are 
"translated" into the microwindows options.
It shouldn't affect other configurations in any way.

What do you think ?
