IIRC when using LINK_APP_INTO_SERVER you have to link your application
against libnano-X.so (which is created instead of the nano-X) ...
So someting like
myapp_LDADD = -lpthread -lZThread -lfltk -lfltk_images \
-lX11 -lm -lnano-X -lfreetype
(Note that in my case libX11 is the same as libnx11)
