OK, thanks.  I'll look at it tomorrow.

For my purposes, since I don't have a color screen, I am using a 
custom-built font based on the CP437 codepage, with italic and bold.

I don't think my app uses underline but I'll see if I can get it in 
there for the sake of completeness.

If you have a chance, please test the vt100 implementation.

It should spit out a "UNKNOWN" followed by the code if it comes across 
some unimplemented string.

Let me know what those are.
