What truecolor or palette mode are you running? This matters
as microwindows uses a closest-color algorithm in palette
mode (and averages less than 24bpp truecolor modes)
to come up with a different color.

FT2 doesn't use the GrCopyArea I think so the results should
be different. Keep us posted.
