nanogui: Is it possible to draw a window with the mousepointer, so that the area beyond is marked like in windows?

Hello all,
 
or do I need a special windows manager. And if, what windows manager can
be recommended to work with nano-X in an embedded system (ARM9)?
I work with fltk, but I do not want to build my own windows manager...
