Thanks alot for all your patches! I have been out of town on
vacation but will add all of these to the current CVS. All look
fine as is, with the exception possibly of GsSnapScreenToImage,
which I might want to modify since we also support writing
to .bmp format through a screen dump routine in devdraw.c.
We might want a parameter to specify the saved image type,
especially since jpeg is lossy.
I really appreciate your sending these in!
