Larry -

No need to run convfnt32.exe (which can be recompiled for
XP from the .c file). You should run "convbdf -c" which
will convert a bdf file to C.

With regards to the NULL pointer exceptions, make
sure you're running the latest CVS code, there were
some small bugs in the FNT and FT2 drivers.

Regards,

Greg

I neeed to convert bdf or ttf fonts to C code for Microwindows

The convfnt32.exe does not execute on Win XP.

What operating system is required?

I would use the loadable font support, except loading ttf or fnt fonts
on Blackfin BF537, is unreliable.

Sometimes they load, sometimes I get a NULL pointer exception.

When using compiled in fonts, the program runs each time.

I am using fontdemo as a test.

Please let me know how to run convfnt32.exe program, or how to
re-compile for Win XP.

Regards,

   Larry Samuels
