When I display a graphics window on the framebuffer display, a flashing
square text cursor overwrites the bottom left corner of the display.
I read in the archives to set TEXTMODE to Yes. But doing this causes nano-X
to abort saying 'cannot Initialize Screen' and 'Innapropriate ioctl for
device'
Are there any other methods to eliminate the text cursor?
thanks,
