Well... that looks fine to me, I suppose I don't really care as long
as it's some sort of SGML DTD type format.  I just cringe at the
thought of postscript, and messing with LaTeX.  If it can be written
in vi or Emacs I'm on board.  (notice the or... enough controversy
with documentation formats already! :>)  The DOCBOOK->HTML converters
work quite well anyway, so putting up online docs is no problem...
that I think is important, being able to put the docs up in HTML
format for people to read.  How it gets there doesn't matter... if
docbook provides a more organized structure by which to form the
documentation... the so be it.
