Ok, here I am making noises. (But this sounds sooo interesting.)
I recently read the manual of Donald Knuths CWEB and almost fell in love,
but decided that the TeX and the CWEB approach etc is too awkward.
(Even if I learn, I'm pretty sure my project friends don't _want_ to.)

Can one download your little tool to try it out?
Is it "better" than CWEB? :-)
