It is a way to write documentation intermingled with the code.
Documentation intended also for print. (TeX.)
You name a code block, write some explanations, go on with the
code, some more explanation, refer to code blocks again bla bla.
In the end you get a book, more or less, complete with indexing
and indented and differently typeset code.
