I have moved mw_fb.h and mw_fb.c to the kernel distribution.

scr_rtems.c does not work with 0.88pre4. It has been a
few changes to the FLTK port that affect it.
I am getting ready to submit a patch to Greg soon.
I cannot keep up with the speed of these guys. FLTK and Fonts for
Microwindows in less than 3 weeks. Geeze, these guys are fast.
I have attached both files. I need to update my pages to
reflect the latest release.
