The port to RTEMS is already done. :-)
Microwindows does NOT run on RTEMS 4.0.0. You need to grab
RTEMS 4.5.0-beta2 from OarCorp site, and apply the
patch from this site:

I have updated the patch to rtems 4.5.0-beta3 and
microwin-0.88pre8. I am adding more notes to the
documentation, as we speak, and I'll be releasing
it later ths week.
