Just my 2 cents: You should implement some stubs that make something but not
what is really planned.
Ex:
Arc should be stubbed with a rectangle or 2 lines, or something like that.
When everything is OK with the port, then you can implement Arc, ...
functions (if they are not already done by Greg :-) )
Just my thoughts:

Should be done with other BitBlt or BitCpy

Will probably never been in MWin since it's a widget thing. See in X11.

There is some support for cursor in MWin. Icons should be hard-coded for the
first try. But I think that they would be better in widget set than in MWin.
