diff.pre8.hzkfont2 (with enhancement):
attached patch to 0.88per8 , based on tanghao's patch plus following enhancement:
1. support big5 encoding
2. make 16x16 font & 12x12 font co-exist on screen
3. drawtext based on GR_GFTOP or baseline
