Hi,
It appears that the portrait mode code is wrong for the everex (the display
appears up-side-down), attached is the modified code to solve the problem.
This may of course be everex specific....
<<Fbportrait.c>>
Looking at the way that this is done, it seems a little odd to me that we're
inserting code to make the adjustment. Wouldn't we be better off doing these
transformations in 'macros'?.... and not just to the framebuffer stuff.
There appear to be 8 possible rotations: each rotating image 90 clockwise,
mirror'ed in x plane
Landscape (nominal)
Portrait
Seascape
UpSideDown
Mirror-Landscape
Mirror-Portrait
Mirror-Seascape
Mirror-UpSideDown
I was also having problems with the TPCAL utility (in portrait mode) in that
in died immediately after the first push on the touch panel. The code didn't
appear to get the button push but arrow cursor disappeared. TPCAL works fine
(in both modes) on desktop machine.... anyone else got suggestions?
