Actually, I don't understand that. This is a user mode program,
not a kernel module. So that symbol won't be defined. I think
the problem is that Yi is trying to compile in the FBVGA
framebuffer driver that requires outb() macros that compile
down (incorrectly, for user mode) into mips_io_port_base
references.
