In researching problems with Fl_Pixmap not setting colors or masks correctly, I discovered that there was a problem in the commit due to a ton of CR characters in the source code, and I merged the wrong version of fl_draw_pixmap.cxx. So, fl_draw_pixmap.cxx has been corrected *again* and reposted without merge conflicts.
Also, found a problem with fl_color_chooser where it was drawing the bitmap at the wrong offset in the window. The real problem was in the implementation of fl_draw_image which always assumed an origin of (0,0). That has been fixed in a new fl_draw_image.
