Right.  You need to get a version of libjpeg that is compiled for your
target.  Get a copy of it from http://www.ijg.org/, and compile it for
your platform.  That shouldn't be too bad, of all the libraries I have
had to cross compile for various projeects, this is one of the easiest.  

Next step, copy it to your compilers standard library path, and then you
should be fine.
