yeah thats right.. but again doing that decorate bit spells more work for 
the windowmanager!
As far as i could make out of the windowmanager code it looks for children 
of GR_ROOT_WINDOW_ID and then decorates them.

P.S. Hey and BTW did u folks check the nanowm code i sent the other day? i 
didnt hear a word about that later...
