You're building for VxWorks, right? fb.h is the linux framebuffer
kernel interface file, VxWorks 'dont do dat'.
Rosimildo da Silva created an RTOS interface to framebuffer
for the RTEMS port, you might check his work, it's referenced
off his web page (in CREDITS for mwin, I think)
