That reminds me, is shared memory supposed to work in the current release?
I tried turning it on in nsaver in the hope that it would speed the moire
drawing one up (a large part of the reason that it's so slow is the time
it takes to send millions of individual draw pixel commands over the
socket), but it crashed almost immediately.
