Checking the code, it looks like the caption will not draw if
GR_WM_PROPS_CAPTION is not set (check nanox/nxdraw.c in the function
nxPaintNCArea()). When you change
any of the window manager properties, make sure that you call
GrSetWMProperties() to make sure that the new settings have taken
effect. If all else fails, try putting some debug statements in
nxPaintNCArea() and see why it insists on drawing the caption.
