An easier way may be to do it in the server instead. Create a backlight
device driver which contains a couple of functions called something like
GdBacklightOn() and GdBacklightOff(), then call them from
GsResetScreenSaver() and GsActivateScreenSaver() (which are in
nanox/srvutil.c) respectively.
