As I understand it Amit's problem is that he doesn't want off list  
personal replies to his list postings (which by definition wouldn't end
up in the digest) to reach his Inbox. Any messages which are sent either
directly or via CC to the list can easily be filtered out even with
LookOut Express and, AFAICR from when I used it years ago, Hotmail.

BTW, I just updated the web page to make the digest instructions explicit.
