Well, for reasons I forget, there's also a PSF_SCREEN
flag that means that the memory is not PSF_MEMORY.  
This flag is used in more places, check out drivers/scr_x11.c,
for instance.

Normally, Microwindows nor its drivers don't care whether
the memory is memory-mapped framebuffer or malloc'd ram.
But the X11 driver and a few other places have to care,
since they can't draw in the normal fb fashion.
