Hey Victor,
I think you're missing a huge point here. Microwindows is not an
operating system in and of itself. Microwindows is a graphics package
and windowing package that is platform and operating system
independent.
So if your platform and operating system have internet tools, then
most likely you could use Microwindows to put a pretty front end on
those tools.
If your platform and operating system support them then there are
browsers available that use Microwindows as a front end. You want to
look for VeiwML and Nanozilla. There are links to both projects here:
