: Has anyone ported microwindows to the RIM/Blackberry?
Not that I'm aware of, sounds interesting though.
:
: 1) Looks like a new display driver is the start of the project. I'm
: looking at starting by copying scr_debug.c and implementing those basic
: funcitons. Good approach?
I suggest starting with scr_fb.c or scr_bios.c. Perhaps scr_svga.c.
scr_fb.c is best used if your OS can map a framebuffer pointer
to the program. scr_bios.c is built for real mode programs.
scr_svga.c is an example of linking in a third-party library
for the screen driver.
:
: 2) Does anyone has a project file for compiling under visual c++ 6.0
: that would be a help. (All blackberry tools compile using vc++).
I've heard a rumor there is one, but I don't have it.
:
: 3) How would one build a version that does not support the mouse pointer
: layer?
NOMOUSE=Y in config file.

Greg
