Using these macros would impose the BSD advertising clause on
Microwindows, unless Raster has explicitly excused us from it, in which
case the copyright statement would need to be changed to reflect that
fact. Se far we've made a policy of only including code under licenses
which don't have any such restrictions, and I'd hate to change that.
