You can make a script file instead of doing such things on command line.
example of 'run.sh'
-- Start script --
#!/bin/bash
~/microwin/src/bin/nano-X &
# may be you'll need sleep, but I don't use it ;) get some few "cannot 
connect to socket" ;-) not so bad
~/microwin/src/bin/nanowm &
# add some programs as you wish
# or use $1 for using with options.
-- End of script --
