I'm not quite sure what you're asking, but if you want to force another
window to redraw, you can do:
GrClearArea(wid, 0, 0, 0, 0, GR_TRUE);
Where wid is the ID of the window to clear and generate an exposure
event for. This isn't something you normally need to do as exposure
events are generated automatically when part of a window is exposed.
