Hi,
I cross compiled the sdl and smpeg I downloaded from the microwin
ftp site.
SDL:
AR=/usr/local/arm/2.95.3/bin/arm-linux-ar;
CC=/usr/local/arm/2.95.3/bin/arm-linux-gcc;
CXX=/usr/local/arm/2.95.3/bin/arm-linux-c++;
RANLIB=/usr/local/arm/2.95.3/bin/arm-linux-ranlib
;STRIP=/usr/local/arm/2.95.3/bin/arm-linux-strip; ./configure
arm-linux --host=i686-pc-linux-gnu --prefix=/home/eradi/sdl113
--disable-shared --disable-esdtest --disable-nasm --disable-video-dga
--disable-pthread-sem --enable-video-microwin --disable-video-x11
--disable-video-opengl --disable-video-x11-vm
--disable-video-x11-dgamouse --disable-video-x11-xv
SMPEG:
CXX=arm-linux-c++ CC=arm-linux-gcc AR=arm-linux-ar
RANLIB=arm-linux-ranlib STRIP=arm-linux=strip ./configure
--disable-gtk-player --disable-opengl-player --host=arm-linux-gnu
--prefix=/home/eradi/smpeg040/bin
--exec-prefix=/home/eradi/smpeg040/bin
--with-sdl-prefix=/home/eradi/sdl113/bin
--with-sdl-exec-prefix=/home/eradi/sdl113/bin --disable-shared
--disable-mmx
When I run them on my ARM board (GreyScale 4bpp LCD), using
microwindows v0.89pre8, I get:
bash-2.05a# nano-X & sleep 1; plaympeg /bin/ken.mpg
28
ken.mpg: MPEG video stream
Video 192x128 resolution
Size: 107776
user wants 192x128 16bpp
SetVideoMode bad BPP

Does anyone know why this is happening ( 2 segfaults )... then I
try with --novidea --noaudio I still get the last segfault.... what
is going on here?!
Is there any other Microwin ported mpeg or avi player..?! or even an
animated Gif Player? I just need something to move on the screen
(cool demo) :)...
Thanks
