I wrote the new calibration API quite a while ago, but only fully
implemented it for the new UCB1x00 driver (the only touchscreen I have
access to uses a UCB1x00). It sounds like Greg forgot to add
src/include/fixed.h

Actually, looking closer it appears he didn't add any of the new
calibration API or the new ucb1x00 touchscreen driver. Without those the
NanoCal program is useless.

If you want you could try getting it from:
http://www.linuxhacker.org/pub/cvs-snapshots/microwin-aph/
(They're all the same because I haven't done any work on Microwindows
for months)
