Yes, the mcmwin.mak is outdated, and you'll need
to change/add some .obj files, based on grepping source
from the linker undefined msgs.
The last version I tested with MSDOS was 0.86, which
was small enough to fit in the 64k limitation the
standard (small) model imposed by 16-bit text and data.
Version 0.89 is significantly larger, and may not fit into
64k. You'll have to turn off most items in device.h
as well as -I flags in the cc command line.
