I suspect the problem here is the unicode font
indexing isn't working or has a problem.
It's a little complicated to explain, but you
must make sure you pass the correct last argument
to GrText that specifies your input encoding,
then look at engine/devfont.c for the common decoding
capability that matches the encoding type specified
as required by the truetype font decoder (font_truetype.c)
