The nwidgets code was removed from Microwindows some
time ago. If you grab an older version from at least two years
ago, you should find the complete nwidgets.h file and other
implementations.
It's recommended that you use the FLTK or FLNX widget set
for widgets at this point. (FLTK with NXLIB, or FLNX)
